Our May meeting will be held Wednesday, May 18 at the NuSkin NOC located at 350 E 1175 S Provo. Thee meeting will start at 6:00. This month we will have Craig Berntson speak to us about SOLID. I have seen him give this talk several times and it was always to a packed room. Here is Craig's description of the session and his bio.
SOLID Object Oriented Design
SOLID is term that stands for five basic patterns of object-oriented programming and design. By using the principles, you are much more likely to create a system that more maintainable and extensible. SOLID can be used to remove code smells by refactoring. You will learn about the following SOLID principles: Single Responsibility, Open-Closed, Liskov Substitution, Interface Segregation, and Dependency Inversion. This session has been presented to packed rooms in several cities and been called “the best session” of those events.
