| I would like to see a place on the website where information and resources from the presentations can be posted. Some ideas of what may be posted inlcude, web links, Power Point slides, notes or outlines of the presentation, etc. In many cases I would like to recreate the projects and exercises that the presenter performed and having some of the notes and resources would help me do this. In other instances, it is nice to book mark the web resources that were presented. |

| The built-in module for document management is dreadful, so I don't want to use it unless I absolutely need to. I'm looking for better alternatives right now. The DotNetNuke team recently added a Repository module, that can be use for self-serve content management. I'll put it up a test page with it, so that we can all experiment with it. |

Ok, I added a page called "Meeting Materials." Look for it under "Member Services." This has a module that will allow registered users to upload files, and post notes, links, etc. I also put a meeting history on the right side of the screen, so that we can see what was talked about at what meeting.
Go play with this and let me know if this is something that will work. Let me know what else you would like to see. |
